Todays main victory was the airbag design. This panel houses a Air Sampling bag so we can send the breath of the city off for analysis to learn more about what we are taking into our lungs. I started the day off by having my design laser cut. At first the paper wasn’t cut thin enough to allow for the movement I wanted, but after some patient work with a Stanley knife I learnt more and am now working on an adjusted file for cutting on Thursday morning.

Other activities include some very cold testing out in the snow to continue my investigation into the Thermochromatic ink, and creating some scratch prototype cloaks. The cloak is designed to serve as map and sketchbook to the wearer, allowing them to record the exact location of their impressions and thoughts through out the walk.

Altogether a good day, feel like we are certainly making headway and on schedule.
